Our workplace is located at 944/17 in the Laxmi Complex, which sits in the Arjun Nagar Kotla area, right across from Defence Colony. It is a busy spot where we manage a lot of surgical supplies and gas cylinders for medical use. The building has been there for many years, and we have been part of it for a good chunk of that time. Dealing with gases means we have to be quite careful and keep a close eye on every tank that comes through. The office part of our space is just a few desks squeezed in between the storage areas. It is often a bit messy with delivery notes and empty crates, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings and polished presentations. It is mostly just us talking to customers on the phone and making sure the delivery drivers know which route to take. The traffic around Defence Colony can be a real problem in the evenings, which sometimes delays our final rounds of the day. We have a small crew that has been with us for years, so we all know how the business works without having to say much. It is a lot of physical labor and keeping track of numbers in our ledgers. We just try to do our bit and keep the local clinics supplied with what they need. It is steady work for us.
