Our office is up on the second floor at 216-B in Vinoba Puri. It’s part of Lajpat Nagar-2, so there’s plenty of activity all around us. Knm & Associates is basically a group of us who enjoy working with numbers and keeping things organized. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We're just a small team handling audits and tax filings for various businesses and individuals. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and checking through ledgers to make sure everything matches up. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but it's a decent place once you get inside. We have stacks of files everywhere because that’s just the nature of this business. New Delhi is a complicated place for taxes, so we spend a lot of our time reading through the latest updates. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people who happen to be good at accounting. If you walk in, you’ll probably hear the sound of calculators and clicking keys. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to act like we're in a movie. It’s just about getting the balance sheets right and making sure the tax man is satisfied. We’ve been in Vinoba Puri for a bit and know the rhythms of the neighborhood well. It's mostly just about getting the paperwork done correctly every single day.
