KKS PROPERTIES LLP

We are over at C 6/4 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a pretty quiet spot most days, though the traffic nearby can get a bit loud during the morning rush. KKS Properties LLP has been around this part of Delhi for a while now. If you know the area, you know finding the right place can be a bit of a headache with all the narrow lanes and busy corners. We just spend our time dealing with property stuff here. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a couple of desks and some old files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break. It's mostly just us looking at papers and talking to people who drop in. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. Mostly, it is just neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else. Vasant Vihar is a nice place to work, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We usually get in around ten and stay until things get done. There isn’t a whole lot of mystery to it. We just handle what comes through the door. The fan in the back room makes a weird clicking noise, but you get used to it after a few days. That’s pretty much how things go here at our little place on C 6/4. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t, just a local spot doing work and keeping things moving as well as we can every single day.
