Vasant Kunj near the flyover is where we have set up. Kisanaddh India is our name. We’ve been at House No. 6126 6 in Pocket-D-6 for a while now. It’s a pretty busy area but we have grown to like it over time. Most days we are just buried in the daily routine of things. People often ask what exactly we do here in this part of Delhi. We just handle all our work from this small office. It is not some fancy glass building you see in movies, just a regular place with some desks. Sometimes the traffic near the flyover gets really bad, so getting in takes a bit longer than we would like. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other well. We don't really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or if they happen to live in the same pocket. The office is a bit tucked away, but once you find the flyover it’s not too hard to spot. We try to keep everything very simple. No complicated systems or corporate talk, just doing what needs to be done each day. It’s been a bit of a journey setting everything up here. We have our chairs, our computers, and usually a lot of paperwork piled up. Some days are much quieter than others, which is nice. We like the neighborhood. There are some okay spots to grab tea nearby. It feels right.
