Khushal Sethi Housing Solution

We’ve been running Khushal Sethi Housing Solution from our office at B 713 on Barakhamba Road for a long time now. Being right in Connaught Place means we are always in the middle of the noise and the crowds. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and our daily life reflects that. We aren’t some big corporate firm with fancy lobbies. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet people who need a place to live. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they are covered with maps and notes anyway. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or talking to folks who walk in off the street. We know the metro station is just a short walk away, so people find us easily enough. CP has changed a lot, but this building stays pretty much the same. We handle the paperwork for rentals and sales without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the elevator is broken and we have to walk up. We don’t use any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the rent looks like. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our morning chai, and that’s how the day starts. It’s just us, working through the usual pile of documents and trying to help people get their housing sorted out in this big city.
