We are tucked away behind the DTC Depot in Khanpur Extension. It's at F-81, on the ground floor, which makes it easy to bring things in and out. Being near the depot means there's always noise from the buses, but you get used to it after a week. Ruchi Telecom Pvt. Ltd. has been in this unit for quite some time. It’s not a large place. We have some shelving units and a few workstations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it. We’re usually too busy with the day-to-day tasks. We handle a lot of technical stuff here. There are wires and parts often sitting on the benches. It looks messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The lighting isn't the brightest, so we have some extra lamps for the detailed work. It’s a local operation. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or take a quick rickshaw. We take our tea breaks together. Sometimes we talk about work, sometimes just about the news. It’s a steady environment. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure the jobs are finished. If you're coming by, look for the small door near the back of the depot area.
