Grian Group

Grian Group is based out of Pandav Nagar, which is a pretty residential spot but has its own rhythm. We aren't some massive corporation with glass walls and fancy suits. It’s just a group of us working out of an office that feels more like a home than a workspace. Most of our neighbors are just families going about their lives, so we try to keep things quiet and respectful. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week, and every day seems to bring something new to the desk. Pandav Nagar has these narrow streets where you really have to know your way around or you’ll get stuck. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or working through paperwork. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We eat lunch together most days, usually getting something from the local stalls nearby. There’s a lot of tea drinking involved in our process, it helps keep us focused when the afternoon slump hits. We don't really do much advertising because most people find us through word of mouth around the area. It’s a plain office with simple desks and a few computers that have seen better days. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. It’s just about doing the work and making sure everything is handled properly by the end of the day.
