Kaushal Graphics Art

Our office is E-364, and we are down on the lower ground floor in Greater Kailash Part II. Being in a basement level means we don't get much sunlight, but it stays a bit cooler during the Delhi summers. We have been doing graphics and art-related work here for a while. The space is filled with computers, some old sketches pinned to the walls, and a lot of cables running across the floor. GK II is a fancy area, but our workspace is very down-to-earth. We aren't interested in looking polished; we just want the designs to be right. We spend a lot of time staring at monitors and debating about font sizes or layout margins. It’s a quiet environment usually, except for the hum of the air conditioner and the occasional sound of the printer. People walk down the stairs to see us with their ideas, and we try to put them on paper or a screen. Sometimes we have to work late to get a project finished, and the stairs up to the street feel very long at the end of the day. The parking in Part II is always a mess, so we usually tell people to come early if they are driving. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the creative side of things and don't care much for the corporate side. It’s a simple life in a busy basement, and we are quite used to the routine of it all now.
