If you go down to Azad Market and look for number 329, you’ll find Kashmiri Lal & Co. We’ve been here for a long, long time. The market is always packed, and it can be hard to even walk through the streets on some days. Our shop is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a bit dusty, and the shelves are crammed with everything we’ve accumulated over the years. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a marketing department. It’s just us, the same people you would have seen here years ago. We know the regulars by name and we know which floorboards creak when you walk on them. It’s a loud place, with people shouting prices and carts being pushed around outside. Sometimes it feels like the market hasn't changed in decades, and we like it that way. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than showing up and helping the people who come in. If the shop is crowded, you might have to wait a minute, but we’ll get to you. We’re just a part of the local scenery in Azad Market. Nothing fancy, just an old business that’s seen its fair share of history and keeps on going.
