We are situated at No. 1582 and 1583 on Church Road, right in the heart of Kashmere Gate. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and full of history it is. Our shop is dedicated to surgical instruments and medical supplies. It’s a very old building, and the space is packed with all sorts of stainless steel tools, from simple scissors to more complex surgical kits. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who hasn't been here before. We spend our days helping customers find exactly the right tool for their needs. Many of our clients are people who have been coming to this area for medical supplies for decades. The noise of the traffic outside never really stops, and there’s always a lot of dust from the street, so we are constantly cleaning the glass cases. It’s a hands-on business. We don't have a website that does much; most of our work is done face-to-face or over the phone. We know the names of the different forceps and scalpels by heart. It’s a traditional way of doing business, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and make sure we have what people are looking for without any fuss or complicated marketing talk. It is just a busy shop in an old market.
