Our place is on Vishnu Mandir Marg in Regharpura. The address is 25/3873 if you’re looking for it on the map. It’s a busy street, and finding a parking spot is almost impossible most days. We’ve been here for a good while, surrounded by other small shops and local houses. We deal with surgical supplies, so the shelves are always full of stainless steel tools and boxes of gauze. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside once you get a few people standing around. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep the inventory and handle the billing. The neighbors are friendly, and we usually have tea brought over from the stall around the corner twice a day. When the monsoon hits, the street gets a bit messy, but we just keep the door shut and carry on. People come to us when they need specific instruments for clinics or small hospitals nearby. We spend a lot of time counting stock and making sure nothing is expired or damaged. It’s a simple operation, really. No big corporate meetings here, just us trying to keep everything organized and making sure the customers get what they actually asked for. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit by the door where there’s a bit of light. It’s just a normal day-to-day business.
