We are tucked away in Karol Bagh, at 3304/5 on the second floor of Gali Number 26 in Beadon Pura. If you know this area, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much is always happening. Finding us involves navigating through the busy market streets and heading up to the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s quieter up here than down on the street level. Our space is mostly an office and a small storage area for the different medical products we handle. There are stacks of files and brochures on every flat surface. We spend the day coordinating with suppliers and making sure orders are being processed. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the spreadsheets. Since we are in Beadon Pura, there’s always a bit of a buzz outside from the other businesses. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the right gali, so we spend time on the phone giving directions. It’s just part of the daily routine here. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the business running and getting our supplies to where they need to go in the city. There is always a lot of bustle in these old streets, but we manage just fine.
