Balaji Surgical

Balaji Surgical is based out of Plot No. 5 in the Kanjhawala Industrial Area. If you know the area, we are right near the D. T. C. Bus Depot and the police station. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always trucks moving and a lot of dust in the air during the summer months. We spend most of our days here dealing with surgical items. The warehouse gets pretty warm when the sun hits the roof, but we get the work done regardless of the heat. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and making sure everything is in its place. The police station being so close makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming over for the first time. We aren’t a fancy corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we handle boxes and keep things moving. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up during the afternoon break. People around here know us as the surgical equipment guys. It’s been quite some time since we set up shop here. The roads get a bit messy when it rains, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. Our main job is just getting the surgical supplies packed and sent out to wherever they are needed. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the inventory is managed.
