Kamla Nagar is always buzzing with people, especially students and families, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Our place is where we keep all the medical devices we sell. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy or modern. We have shelves lined with various equipment and a small area where we handle the sales and paperwork. Being near a school means we see a lot of activity throughout the day. We are a small team and we pretty much do everything ourselves, from unloading stock to answering the phone. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just this one spot in Kamla Nagar where we've been for quite some time. We know a lot of the people who live and work nearby. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of marketing talk because we don’t think it’s necessary. People know we are here at F 67 if they need medical devices. We just try to be helpful and get people what they are looking for without making it complicated. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep things moving and stay busy.
