K K Telecom Services is over in House No. 59, in the Uttam Nagar part of Kurrat Mohhala. We are based out of Vpo. Chhawla, which is where we do most of our coordinating. This isn't some big high-tech office with glass walls; it's just a regular house where we keep our tools and run the business. We handle a lot of telecom-related jobs, mostly fixing things or setting up lines for people. It’s physical work, and we are out in the field more than we are in the office. If you come by, you might find the place a bit messy with cables or equipment sitting around, but that is just the nature of what we do. We've lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. Most of our guys are from around here too. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. When someone's phone line or internet is acting up, or a new site needs cabling, they usually find us through a friend. We just try to show up on time and get the wires crossed the right way. It’s a straightforward life, really. We just want to do the job and go home, same as everyone else. It’s been our way for years now and it seems to work just fine for us and our customers.
