Johari Digital Healthcare Ltd is based at D-02 in the Diamond District on HAL Airport Road in Bangalore. The Diamond District is a pretty well-known complex, so most people do not have a hard time finding where we are. Our office space is dedicated to the digital side of healthcare. It is a functional space with a lot of computers and desks pushed together. We do not have the fancy decor you might see in some of the newer startups in Bangalore. It feels more like a place where real work happens every day. There are usually a few boxes of equipment lying around and people talking about software or hardware issues. HAL Airport Road is always bustling, and you can hear the city moving outside our windows. We are just a group of people who are into the technical side of health. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or a corporate brochure. Most of our connections are made through the work we do. People come to visit us at D-02 when they have a project to discuss or need to check on some digital tools. It is a steady environment where we just get on with our tasks. We do not spend much time on appearances; we just focus on making sure the systems are running right. It is a typical Bangalore workspace—busy, a bit crowded, but efficient in its own way.
