Pal Surgical Works

Pal Surgical Works is based over at Plot No. 5 on Street No. 2 in the Jawahar Nagar Industrial Area. We are pretty close to the Delhi International School, so you might hear the kids playing if you visit at the right time. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving. We have been here for years, working on surgical items and making sure we stay busy. The workshop is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just tools, workbenches, and the smell of metal and materials. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of parts to finish. The road outside can be a bit bumpy, and sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. There’s about ten of us here, and we all know our roles. We don’t really spend much time on social media or advertising. Most people who know us just come by the shop directly. It is a straightforward way of doing things. We take our work seriously but we are also just regular folks who enjoy a break and a cup of chai. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we started, with more buildings going up, but our little plot remains the same. We just keep our heads down and do the work daily.
