We have hammers, screwdrivers, power drills, and all the small things like nails and hinges. Because we are near the school, there are always kids and parents passing by. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack things up high on the walls. It takes a bit of climbing sometimes to reach the top shelves. We are just local people running a local shop. We don’t have a fancy computer system for everything; we still do a lot of things by hand. The atmosphere in Kotla Mubarakpur is very lively and sometimes a bit chaotic. We like it that way. We spend our days helping neighbors fix things in their homes or providing supplies to local contractors. It’s a hands-on job.
