Our place, Surgical Udyog, is located at F-83/a in Jagat Puri. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle surgical instruments and equipment. Jagat Puri is a busy area, and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood grow and change. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we store our stock and manage the office work. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. It’s just a handful of us doing the packing, the billing, and the deliveries. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit overwhelming and we have to spend the whole weekend just sorting things out so we can find stuff. We don't have a team of salesmen going door-to-door. People know where we are when they need surgical supplies. We deal with a lot of stainless steel items, so the place has a bit of a clinical feel to it. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space like this, things can get messy pretty quickly. We don't use any marketing jargon or try to sound like we're the biggest company in the world. We're just a local business in Jagat Puri. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work. It’s practical, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
