J. L. Sarna Exports

You can find us at Plot No. 31 on the Satbari Mehrauli Road in the Chattarpur area. J. L. Sarna Exports has been here for quite a while now. The road outside is often dusty because of all the construction going on in this part of Delhi. Our place is basically a big warehouse with a small office partitioned off in the corner. We spend most of our time packing boxes, checking inventory, and making sure the export labels are correct. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when a big shipment is due to go out. The office part is pretty cramped with all the ledgers and shipping forms we have to keep. We don’t have any fancy furniture or a big meeting room. We usually just talk over the crates or while we’re standing around the packing table. The traffic in Chattarpur can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our trucks loaded and out as early as possible. We’re a small crew and we all pitch in with everything, whether it’s loading the goods or doing the paperwork. We don’t really bother with big marketing or fancy brochures. Our customers know us because we’ve been doing this for years. It’s just a straightforward export business where we try to keep things moving and stay on top of our orders without too much drama. It is just steady, daily work for us.
