Ipd College

Ipd College is over at B 2 303 in Sultanpuri, New Delhi. This part of Delhi is very lived-in and busy, with people always walking around and shops open late. Our building is right in the heart of it. It’s not like those massive university campuses you see in movies; it’s more of a local building where we have rooms set up for learning and admin work. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure the students have what they need. There is always someone coming in or out, so it never stays quiet for long. The neighborhood is full of energy, and you can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic all through the day. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we mostly bring stuff from home or get a snack from the vendors on the street. The office part of the college is just some tables and filing cabinets where we keep everything sorted. It’s a bit dusty because of the Delhi air, but we try to keep it tidy. It feels like a real part of the Sultanpuri community. Most people who work here live nearby, so it’s a familiar place for everyone. We just focus on keeping the doors open and the daily schedule moving along. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do every day.
