The International Institute Of Planning And Management is based in Room No 211, BR2, in Shalimar Bagh. We are right here in New Delhi 110088. It is not a massive office, just a comfortable room where we handle the planning and management side of things. Being in Shalimar Bagh is convenient because it is a well-known area, though finding Room No 211 in the BR2 block can take a minute if you haven't been here before. Maps and charts cover most of the walls because that is just the nature of the work. This is a small operation, but everyone stays busy with all the different tasks that come through the door. Things get a bit cramped when we are all in the office at once, but we make it work somehow. A small electric kettle sits in the corner for tea and the window lets in some decent light. Most of the furniture consists of pieces we have had for years. There is no effort to impress anyone with a sleek office design. Focusing on getting the planning work done and making sure everything runs smoothly is what matters. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. Most days we just show up, do what needs doing, and head home like everyone else in Delhi.
