Integral Livelihood And Social Entrepreneurship Foundation

Our foundation is situated at B-100 on the third floor in Sarvodaya Enclave. This part of South Delhi is actually quite pleasant, with a bit more greenery than you might find in other areas. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. We focus on livelihood and social entrepreneurship, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking about how people can earn a living and start small businesses. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers and folders tucked into every available corner. It is not a sterile corporate environment at all. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days, but they work. We often have people coming in to talk about their ideas or seek some advice. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we like the energy. Sarvodaya Enclave is a good base for us. We have been part of this community for some time. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and notes pinned up. It is a place where real work happens, and we don't worry too much about the aesthetics. We just want to keep things moving forward and help out where it makes sense for us to do so.
