Institute Of Bar Operation And Management

We are located over in Kishangarh, right in the Vasantkunj area of New Delhi. Our address is 95/9. It is a pretty active spot. We spend most of our days teaching people how things actually work behind a bar. It is definitely not just about pouring a drink into a glass. There is a lot of cleaning, checking the inventory, and managing the till that people don't always see. We have been doing this for a good bit now. The space we have isn't huge, but it works for the students who come through. People come here to learn a trade they can use to find a real job in a hotel or a club. It is all very practical stuff. We show them how to handle the equipment without a lot of unnecessary talk. Sometimes the noise from the street outside gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in Delhi. We are not a big university with a huge campus or anything like that. We are just a focused institute trying to help people get a start. We see all kinds of people coming through our door. Some are young kids fresh out of school and others are older folks looking to try something different. We keep the bar equipment real so they know what to expect later. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day, and we make sure they know that too before they finish their time here.
