Our place is located in Mayur Vihar-3, at Shubangan D-47. It’s a D.D.A. Sfs flat, which makes it feel a bit more grounded than a big university campus. We are an institute for management learning, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. It’s mostly just students and teachers sitting in rooms and talking through ideas. The hallways are a bit narrow and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's where the work happens. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what’s necessary for the classes. The staff here is pretty small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping students with their notes. It’s a very local feel here in Delhi-96. Most of the people who come here live nearby or take the local transport. We don't have a grand mission statement or a polished brochure to hand out. We just offer a space for people to learn and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Sometimes the internet goes down or we run out of chalk, but we just get on with it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a school and help people get ahead without all the noise. We are just here doing our thing day by day.
