Inspiration Nirman Tham

Our office is at K-126 in Kirti Nagar, which is quite close to the Fun Cinema. Kirti Nagar is a place where there is always some kind of construction or renovation happening. We deal with building and design work, but we don't have one of those shiny showrooms you see on the main roads. Our place is more of a functional workspace where we keep our files, samples, and drawings. There is usually a lot of paper everywhere and maybe some samples of wood or stone on the tables. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure things are moving at the work sites. It’s not a glamorous job. We have to deal with delays and traffic and all sorts of daily issues. The area around the cinema gets very busy in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries done early. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to make sure the projects we take on get finished properly. Sometimes we have to stay late to go over plans or check on materials. It’s just a few of us working here. We’ve been in this spot for a while and know the local market well. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the phone or looking at a blueprint. It’s just how we run things, day in and day out. Sometimes the tea is cold, but the work is done.
