Our office is located at 1834 Ground Floor, Gali No. 49-50, in the Naiwala area of Karol Bagh. Anyone who knows Karol Bagh knows it is one of the busiest places in New Delhi. There is always something happening outside our door. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with stairs, but it also means we hear everything that goes on in the street. The research and welfare work we do keeps us pretty occupied. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in here sometimes with all the books and files we have lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when you are busy, things tend to pile up. We are right in the middle of all the shops and traders in Naiwala. It is a practical location for us since it is easy for people to reach us by public transport. We have been here for a bit now and the local tea stall guy knows our order by heart. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just focus on the research and the welfare projects we have going on. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we are used to the pace of Karol Bagh by now.
