Indian School Of Tourism Studies

We have been running the Indian School Of Tourism Studies here on August Kranti Marg near the Jiiabai Iti for quite some time now. It is a place where we help people figure out the travel industry from the ground up. Most days are pretty busy with different classes going on. We don't have a big fancy office or anything, just the rooms where the actual teaching happens. The street outside is usually crowded and noisy, so finding us for the first time might take you a minute if you aren't looking closely. People come here because they want to learn the basics of how tourism works and what they actually need to do to get a job. We try to keep things straightforward and practical. There isn't a lot of fluff in our lessons. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure the students really understand the material before they leave. Sometimes the fans in the back room are a bit loud, but we get through the lessons anyway. We have seen a lot of different people pass through these doors over the years. Some of them are now working in hotels or travel agencies right here in the city. It is always nice when they stop by just to say hello or tell us how they are doing. We are just a local spot focused on this one thing. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the Iti gate. We keep a regular schedule most weeks.
