Indian Plumbing Association

Our office is over at E-117 in the lower ground floor of G.K.-Iii, right in Masjid Moth. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it stays cool in the summer being on the lower level. This isn't a plumbing shop where you buy pipes, but more of a place where people in the plumbing trade come together. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings here. It’s about keeping the standards up for how plumbing is done around the country. Sometimes it’s quiet, just a few of us typing away or filing documents, and other times the place is full of guys talking about codes and new ways to fix old leaks. We’ve got a lot of books and manuals stacked up on the shelves. It’s a lot of organizing and planning. We try to make sure that people who work with water and pipes have a place to share what they know. The neighborhood here in Masjid Moth is pretty active, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been in this G.K.-III location for a while. It’s not a flashy corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we can get things done without too much fuss. We spend our days answering calls, sending out updates, and trying to keep the association moving forward. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a big job, but we enjoy being part of the trade.
