Our office is on the 3rd floor at G- 5/7 in Malviya Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Malviya Nagar, you know finding parking is basically a miracle, so most of us just use the metro or walk. The Indian Institute Of Planning & Management has been here at this address for quite a while. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We have classrooms and offices spread out, and the stairs usually give you a bit of a workout every morning. It’s not a shiny new campus with a lawn; it’s a Delhi building where we make the most of the space we have. There are always students coming in with questions or staff members moving stacks of folders around. The walls are a bit scuffed and the furniture is well-used, but it’s a place where real learning and planning happen. We don't go in for big, fancy descriptions. We’re just here to do our jobs and help the students figure out their next steps. The 3rd floor can get a bit warm in the summer, but we’ve got the fans going and we just get on with it. It feels like a community here because we’re all squeezed in together, working toward the same things. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but always active environment. We just keep things moving as well as we can every day. We enjoy the local food stalls nearby too.
