The complex has a lot of green patches, though we spend most of our time inside the office handling papers and research materials. New Delhi can get very hot, so the shade from the trees outside helps a bit. The building isn't brand new, and we’ve had to fix the plumbing a couple of times lately. We have a lot of books and journals stacked up in the corners because we keep running out of shelf space. It’s mostly just a group of us who care about the environment trying to figure things out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; we just answer the phones and do the work. If you visit, you might see some of our staff drinking tea in the courtyard during lunch. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere, not at all like those high-rise offices in the city center. We deal with a lot of students and researchers who are looking for data or help with their studies. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but it can get dusty. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a long time and the locals know the Paryavaran Complex well. It's a quiet, working environment for us.
