Inborn Talent

We are located at A-21/22 in West Mukherjee Nagar, right here in Delhi. Our office for Inborn Talent is in a part of the city that always feels alive. There are students everywhere and a lot of energy on the streets. Our space inside is pretty simple. We have a few tables, some chairs, and a whiteboard that is usually covered in notes and scribbles. We spend our days talking to people and trying to help them figure out their next steps. It is a lot of conversation and listening. We do not have any fancy software to do the work for us; it is mostly just us and our phones. The office is not very large, so we all know what everyone else is doing. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We do not mind it much. Mukherjee Nagar has a lot of places to get good street food, so lunch is always something we look forward to. We are not a big corporate agency with branches everywhere. We are just this one office in Delhi trying to help people out. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We do not have a lot of formal rules. We just show up and do our best to be helpful. It is a very human way to work, and we would not want it any other way.
