Iipm

You can find us at H-302 in New Rajinder Nagar. It’s a pretty typical residential area, but it works for what we do at Iipm. The building is one of those sturdy older ones that you see all over this part of Delhi. We are in the H block, which is usually a bit quieter than the main markets nearby. There’s a specific smell to the air here in Rajinder Nagar, a mix of cooking from the neighbors and the dusty street outside. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you really have to look for the house number H-302. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of books and papers piled up. We’ve been here for a bit, and the rooms have that lived-in feel where you know exactly which floorboard creaks when you walk over it. Our day usually involves a lot of sitting and talking, mostly just trying to keep everything running smooth. It’s a comfortable enough spot, even if the air conditioning struggles a bit when the Delhi summer really kicks in. We get our lunch from the local shops sometimes, or just bring something from home and eat together. It’s not corporate at all. It’s just a workspace in a neighborhood where people actually live. We like the pace of things around here, it keeps us focused on the work we need to finish.
