Our office is located at A-46 in South Extension Part-I, which is a fairly well-known part of New Delhi. Being in South Ex means there’s always a lot of traffic and people around, especially during the shopping hours. We handle a lot of the administrative stuff for the university from this building. It’s a multi-story place with different rooms for different tasks. You’ll usually see students coming in and out, asking questions about their courses or trying to find the right window to submit their forms. The interior is pretty basic, with a lot of wooden desks and metal cupboards filled with files. We’ve been here for quite a while, so some of the furniture is starting to show its age, but it still does the job. The staff here stays pretty busy, especially during admission time or when exams are coming up. We don't really have a fancy lounge or anything like that for visitors. Most people just stand in line and wait their turn. It’s a functional space where the focus is on getting the paperwork processed. We have a small canteen nearby where we usually go for lunch. The noise from the main road is constant, but once you’re inside and focused on the files, you barely notice it. It’s just a standard government-style office environment where we try to keep the wheels turning as best as we can every day.
