Ignou

This center is located in Pocket-1, Sector-Xi in Dwarka, New Delhi -75. It’s a government-style setup, so it looks pretty much like you’d expect. We have a lot of rows of desks and plenty of cupboards full of files and books. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a bit of peeling paint here and there, but it serves its purpose. Students come here from all over this part of Delhi to drop off their assignments or ask about their exams. We spend a lot of our time looking through folders and stamping papers. Dwarka is a big residential area, so it’s usually pretty calm outside compared to the center of the city. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Sometimes the queue gets long and people have to wait in the hallway, which can get a bit hot in the summer. We don't have any fancy technology here, just some basic computers and a lot of paper. It’s an honest place where people come to get their education sorted out. We don't promise anything special, we just do the admin work that needs to be done. The address is easy to find if you know Sector 11. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the last student is gone for the evening.
