Ideal College

Our college is situated in Prashant Vihar, which is a fairly well-known part of North Delhi. We are at A-1/17, right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix. Being in Delhi, the noise of the traffic is something we just live with every day. Ideal College isn't one of those massive campuses you see in movies. It’s a bit more compact and practical. The students come in for their lectures and then usually hang out at the local eateries nearby for a quick bite or some tea. We have a few floors with classrooms and some office space where the admin staff handles the registrations and all that. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have big gardens or anything, but the rooms are kept as clean as possible given how much dust there is in the city. The professors here are just normal people who take the bus or drive their scooters to work. You'll see them carrying stacks of books and talking to students in the hallways between classes. It’s a very urban setting, so everything is close by, which is convenient for everyone. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for the people living on this block. It’s just a place where young people come to study and get their degrees without too much fuss.
