Our building fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if it’s your first time, but once you find Gali 23, it’s not so bad. The office itself is modest. We’ve got our desks pushed up against the walls to make more room in the middle. The electricity goes out sometimes, like it does in many parts of India, so we have our backup systems ready. It’s a very local vibe here. You can hear the kids playing outside and the vegetable vendors calling out their prices in the morning. We’ve been here for a good while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change and grow around us. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees.
