Iacm Institute

Iacm Institute is over in New Delhi West. It’s a big part of the city and it feels like it’s always expanding with new buildings and shops popping up every other month. We don't have a specific narrow street to point to, but being in this part of town means we are right in the middle of all the West Delhi hustle. The office we have here is functional. It’s got enough room for us to sit and handle whatever comes our way. The commute for some of the staff can be a bit long depending on the Metro or the bus timings, but we all manage to get here eventually. We have a routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We open up, check the mail, and start on the tasks for the day. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up so we don't forget things. It’s a bit noisy because the main roads aren't too far away, but you stop noticing the horns after a while. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm with a lobby and a water feature. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people. We value the fact that we can just be ourselves here. It’s honest work in a busy part of the city, and that’s plenty for us.
