Advance Micronics Medical Systems

Our place, Advance Micronics Medical Systems, is located at G-2 in Amar Plaza, right on Hasanpur Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of dust and noise from the traffic, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We operate out of No. 45-C, and it is a pretty standard commercial space. There are other businesses in the plaza, so there is always someone coming or going. Inside, we have our equipment and desks set up in a way that works for us, even if it doesn't look like a magazine photo. We handle a lot of technical medical systems, so there are usually wires and parts lying around on the workbenches. It is honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. Some mornings start with a lot of coffee while we look over the schedules for the day. We don't have a big HR department or a social media manager. If someone has a question, they just ask whoever is standing closest. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual business to worry about that. It gets hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the plaza, but we have a couple of fans that keep things decent. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our drinks. It’s just our daily reality.
