We operate Hug Non Medical Care Foundation out of Pocket C-34D in Gangotri Enclave. This is in the Alaknanda area of South Delhi, pin code 110019. It’s a mostly residential spot, so it’s much quieter than being in a big commercial market or on a main road. We’ve been in this pocket for a while now. Getting here can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers because the lanes all look the same, but we’re used to it. We aren't a massive organization with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space. Our daily life involves a lot of phone calls and sitting around a wooden table figuring out how to help people. Nothing here is very formal. You’ll often find us in casual clothes or even slippers if it’s a hot day. South Delhi can be a bit flashy, but our office is quite the opposite. It’s just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We don't spend money on fancy slogans or big ads because that’s not what we’re about. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for an hour, but that’s just part of living in Delhi. We keep our work simple and try not to get bogged down in complicated stuff. It’s just an honest, local setup in a nice, leafy neighborhood where we try to stay helpful to whoever calls us.
