Hrv Empowerment Foundation

Hrv Empowerment Foundation is located in a bit of a specific spot in South West Delhi. We are near Pole No-9-B in Samas Pur Khasra. If you know the area, it's easier to find than it sounds on paper, but for new people, looking for the pole number is the best way to not get lost. This part of New Delhi, Samas Pur, feels different from the central city. It’s got a bit more of that village history to it. Our space is pretty basic. We don’t have marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs where we gather. The air can be a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. It’s honest and it’s where we belong. We’ve got the South West Delhi zip code 110073 on all our mail. The sun gets pretty hot out here, so we tend to keep the shutters down in the middle of the day. There’s a lot of community feeling around Pole 9-B. Everyone knows everyone else's business, which has its ups and downs. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just the Hrv Empowerment Foundation people working out of a small space in the village area. It’s nothing more and nothing less. Just a regular day for us involves a lot of tea, some paperwork, and dealing with whatever comes through the door.
