Our office is at U-186 in Shakarpur. If you know the New Delhi-92 area, you know it’s a very busy spot. We are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. The building isn’t anything special to look at, just a normal brick structure where we’ve set up our workspace. We have some desks, some shelves for files, and not much else. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the shops, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a marketing department to write nice stories about us. We’re just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. Most of the time, we are just answering calls or dealing with paperwork. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy furniture. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and talking about the day's work. It's a very human place. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the front area, but the work always gets finished. Shakarpur is a convenient location for us because it’s easy for people to reach, even if the streets are narrow. We’ve been here a long time and don't plan on moving. It’s where we belong. Just look for U-186 and you’ll find the door.
