Hindustan Citizens Foundation

Our spot is on the 4th floor of Statesman House right on Barakhamba Road. Being in Connaught Place means there’s always noise and people everywhere outside. It’s a big building, and we’re tucked away inside the Aventa space. It’s quite different from being in a residential area because everything here feels very fast. We at Hindustan Citizens Foundation usually spend our mornings navigating the crowds at the metro station before heading up to the office. The office itself is practical. We have our desks, our computers, and way too many files. It’s the kind of place where you grab a quick tea from the corner and get straight to work. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, lots of emails and letters going out. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing, even though the building looks impressive from the outside. Inside, it’s just us trying to keep things organized. The views of the city from this high up are interesting, seeing all the cars stuck in traffic down below. We’ve been here for a bit now and it’s become our second home. It’s a busy life in the heart of Delhi, but it makes sense for us to be central. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s answering the phone or sorting through the mail that arrives at the front desk. It’s just work, and we do it as best as we can every day.
