Hero Mind Mind

Hero Mind Mind is based at House No 181 and 182 in Pocket G-21, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi 110085. We have taken over a couple of houses in this pocket to create a space where we can work and train people. Rohini is a huge area and Sector-7 is one of those places where everything feels very local and familiar. Our setup is spread across these two buildings, so we are often running back and forth between them to talk to different team members. It’s not a corporate office park; it’s more like a repurposed home with whiteboards on the walls and plenty of chairs for people to sit. We focus on mental skills and training, so the atmosphere is usually a bit more academic or focused. The streets outside can get crowded with parked cars, and finding a spot in the morning is always a challenge for the staff. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee because the local shops are a bit of a walk away. There is no big marketing team here or people in suits. We are mostly just educators and coordinators who dress comfortably and spend a lot of time talking and writing. The air conditioning can be a bit temperamental in the peak of summer, but we make do with fans. It’s a very practical, community-oriented place where we just focus on the people we are helping.
