Helpsi Foundation

The Helpsi Foundation is located at House Number 394 in Avantika, specifically in Sector 1 of Rohini. We are up on the third floor of Block CA. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but the view of the neighborhood is decent from up there. We are quite close to the Durga Mandir, so we use that as a landmark when people are trying to find us for the first time. The office is pretty basic. We have some wooden tables and a few fans to keep the air moving. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, away from the main road’s heavy traffic. We chose this location because many of us live nearby in Rohini and wanted to work close to home. Working from the third floor means we don’t get as many random walk-ins as a ground-floor shop might, but people who need us always find their way up. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and chatting about what needs to be done next. There is a small balcony where we take breaks and look out at the temple area. It feels like a very local operation because it is. We aren’t trying to be anything other than a group of neighbors helping out where we can. It’s a steady pace of work, and we like the routine we’ve built here over the months. No fancy stuff, just showing up and doing the work.
