Our place is located at 54-55 in Yashwant Palace, over in the Chankyapuri area. It’s quite close to where the Chankya Cinema used to be, or where the new one is now. Being in Yashwant Palace means we are around a lot of other shops and stalls, so it’s a lively place to be. Our space is divided into a few different areas for the various things we do. We try to keep it calm inside because the outside can be a bit loud with all the shoppers and tourists. The walls are painted a neutral color, and we have some plants scattered around to make it feel a bit more natural. It’s not a hospital environment; it’s more like a quiet office or a home. We spend our time working with people and focusing on their needs. There’s no big corporate vibe here at all. It’s just a few of us who care about the work. We have a small area to wait, but usually, things move along pretty quickly. The lighting isn't too bright, which people seem to like. We’ve got our schedules and our routines, and we just stick to them every day. It’s a simple, functional space where the focus is on the person standing in front of us, making sure they feel heard and taken care of properly.
