Haute India Gemkarat Private Limited is based out of New Rajendra Nagar in New Delhi. Specifically, we are at Parma Nand 359/360 on the second floor. Being on the second floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs every single day, which is a bit of a workout. The building is quite old but it works for what we need. New Rajendra Nagar is a decent area but the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache during rush hour. Our office 359/360 is where we keep all the stones and do the paperwork. It is not a very large space, just enough for the few of us to sit and handle the Gemkarat business. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We usually start our day by opening up the windows to let some air in, though the Delhi heat makes it hard sometimes. The central Delhi location is handy because we are close to many other markets and shops. We deal with gems mostly. The atmosphere inside is usually quiet except for the sound of someone typing or the phone ringing. We do not have a reception desk or a lobby. People just walk in and we talk to them. It is a very straightforward way of running things. Parma Nand is a name people around here recognize easily. We like being in this part of Delhi.
