Soni Gems Jewellers

Soni Gems Jewellers is located at C1/10 on the Lal Quarter Main Road. This area is always buzzing with people shopping for clothes and household items, and we are right in the middle of it. Our shop is small and traditional. We have glass counters where we keep the gold and silver pieces. We don't have those big security guards in suits like the malls do; it’s just us behind the counter. We’ve known some of our customers for years, and now their children come to see us too. It’s that kind of place. We spend time looking through eyeglasses at small stones or weighing out metal for a custom order. The shop can get crowded on festival days, and everyone is talking at once. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just show what we have, talk about the weight, and let the customer decide. Sometimes we sit and have tea with people while they look at different designs. It’s a slow process picking out jewelry, and we don't like to rush anyone. The lighting inside is bright so people can see the sparkle, but the rest of the shop is pretty plain. We focus on the pieces we sell rather than having a fancy interior. It’s been our family’s way of doing things for a long time, and we just keep it going day by day as customers come in.
