Our place is in the MIG Flats over in Hari Nagar. Specifically, we are at F-14/C in the Hari Kunj area. It is more of a residential-style setting for an office, which suits us just fine. It is quieter than being right on a main commercial road. We do international trade work, so there is a lot of coordinating with shipping and customs. Most of our day is spent tracking orders or dealing with documents. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and filing cabinets. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We have been in this spot for several years and the neighbors know who we are. It is a small operation. There are only a few of us here. We keep the hours pretty regular, though sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We do not have a big sales team or a marketing budget. Most of our business comes from long-time contacts. The space is a bit cluttered with samples and folders, but we know where everything is. It is a practical setup that works for the kind of import-export work we handle every day. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized.
