Hardik Flour Mills Private Limited

Our mill is situated on the second floor of a building on East Park Road in Karol Bagh. It is right near the park, so you get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice because the machines make the place quite warm. Hardik Flour Mills has been around this Central Delhi area for a bit, and we mostly just deal with grinding grain and bagging it up. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of white dust no matter how much we sweep. It is a noisy job, and you have to speak up to be heard over the sound of the equipment. We have piles of heavy sacks stacked up against the walls, and moving them around is a workout. There is no elevator, so we have to be careful with the stairs when we are carrying things. It is a very practical kind of business. We do not have a big fancy office, just a desk in the corner with some ledgers and a phone that rings quite a bit. Most of our customers are locals or small shops from nearby. We just focus on getting the flour right and making sure the bags are sealed properly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on. That is just life in Karol Bagh for us.
